Little Creek Trading is not a warranty or repair center for any manufacturer (besides Little Creek Trading branded products) and warranty and repairs must be performed by the manufacturer. Our return policy

All sales are typically final unless we ship an incorrect item or if an item is defective. Defective items when possible will be replaced with the same item. In certain cases it may be necessary to consult with the products manufacturer before issuing a RMA number. Unfortunately there are a lot of unscrupulous people that take advantage of a small business which is why these rules are in place.

In the rare instance a return is necessary the guidelines below will affect the return. Please email ben@littlecreektrading.com to request an RMA number:

• All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by Little Creek Trading prior to return.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of item delivery.
• Products returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present. If a return is received without original packaging or damaged packaging a 35% restocking fee WILL be applied.
• Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.

Return requests must be made via email for record keeping purposes. Phone or voicemail requests will not be honored and will not start or restart the return window clock. Thanks for your understanding.
