I just wanted to put out a quick status update and thank everyone that has been so overwhelmingly understanding with my extended shipping and customer service response times these last few months.
Unfortunately life happened in several unavoidable ways with each issue pulling me away from the store more than I'd like and in turn putting me further behind than I'd like. Through Gods grace, our family has seen each problem eventually turn into a blessing culminating with me getting caught back up on orders (I'm still digging through some emails).
It's absolutely not lost on me that you have a choice in where you shop and I'm extremely grateful that so many folks have continued to trust my me and my family with your business.
Moving forward and in an effort to better serve you, I've streamlined operations and have put into place a better contingency plan for any future issues that life will inevitably throw my way.
As of today, Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 orders are shipping in a much more reasonable two to three business days.
